Boar's Head is seeking a qualified Reservation Agent. As a Reservation agent you will provides exceptional guest experience by being the first point of contact with the guest; answering telephone calls and making hotel room and other reservations for our guest. You will warmly and enthusiastically assist guests with reservations, inquiries and cancellations, and quoting available rates to maximize room revenue. You must be engaging and able to answer questions and provide information pertaining to the resort amenities. Job Requirements: Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school and any other combination or education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. High school diploma required. Possess high level of proficiency in various computer software applications. Ability to work long hours sitting at a desk Flexibility to work a schedule that varies with occupancy levels and business demands. Possess high level of interpersonal, communication and organizational skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
