A Smile 4U is looking for an excitable, goal oriented Regional Manager with experience in the dental field to oversee daily operations of our 6 clinics. The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years in Dental Management, is a natural leader and team player, with excellent communication skills and a passion for problem solving.Your responsibilities would be but are not limited to: Instructing clinic management at each location Clinic budgeting Reporting clinic performance to upper administration Determine the operational practices of all clinics Make sure clinics are running smoothly, and complies with: HIPAA/OSHA, marketing sales, Insurance policies, etc. Making sure office managers are up-to-date with policies & procedures Some travel required Benefits: Structured BonusesPTO/Paid Holidays/Sick DaysMedical, Vision & Dental Insurance* Pay is based on experience
