POSITION SUMMARY This is an entry level position that will provide direct support to our Proposals Team by performing home energy audits and introduce our home performance program to homeowners. You will use your understanding of indoor air quality and energy efficiency and offer the best solutions for their needs. Features $80K to $120K potential earnings annually! Full benefit package including matching 401K, company paid dental, life insurance, PTO and paid holidays. ROLE The successful candidate will be a well-organized self-starter with excellent written and verbal communications skills. A keen attention to detail and computer literacy is a must. There is no cold calling - your leads are scheduled by our skilled sales assistants. Knowledge of HVAC is not required. We will expand your existing skills and knowledge with sales and product related training, giving you all the tools necessary to assist clients with guiding them to make informed buying decisions. The auditor position will consist of analyzing customer needs for HVAC equipment, creating a sales proposal, finalizing the sale, and following up with each customer to ensure complete satisfaction. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide customers with solutions for their HVAC and other home comfort needs Consult with potential and existing customers to provide a customized HVAC system solution including our exclusive maintenance program Serve as the leader of the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure all sales agreements have been fulfilled to customer satisfaction Follow-up with existing sales leads to offer any additional information as needed to convert them into sales Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers Build and maintain customer relationships Participate in various sales activities to support corporate efforts including, but not limited to, trade shows, referral groups, etc. Must be willing and able to work evenings and weekends REQUIREMENTS At least 1 year of previous in-home sales experience High school graduate Computer Skills: MS Office
