AAA USA is looking to fill the position of Mold Setter in Fargo, North Dakota. Position Summary: This person is working in Press Department assisting in the manufacturing of rigid foam composites to customer specifications of Safety, Quality and Productivity. Essential Job Functions: Interpret Manufacturing Schedule to cut glass, place on pallets or cart and label. Set molds in accordance with SAS Bill of Materials to ensure customer specifications and quality. Housekeeping of department including but not limited to press, floors, glass room, mold area, shims, and shim area, glass cutting area and bathrooms. Assist shooter in PMP with Production Supervisor and Maintenance Supervisor. De-mold products, palletize and label. Transport products to Finishing Department in proper location. Inspect and Measure product for weights, thickness, and visual defects and report results to shooter as they happen. Unload and load incoming and outgoing freight as trained and required. If time does not permit, inform Shooter that trucks are here. Complete all safety training programs and score with SAS standard requirements. Participate in committees as requested. Safety Committee, Quality Circles, EAC etc. Alert Shooter and/or Production Supervisor and any Safety Concerns.
