QUALIFICATIONS Requirements: 2-4 years of apartment property maintenance experience. 1-2 years of supervisor experience Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills Ideal candidate will be friendly, eager to serve, demonstrate exceptional customer service abilities and have a team first attitude.
