Description:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring that all maintenance requests are completed. Perform air-conditioning-related repairs, assist when necessary as well as help with making vacant apartments ready for move-in. Ensure completion of all resident work orders. Maintenance Technician has a good level of knowledge and experience in the following areas: HVAC, Plumbing, Painting, Drywall Repair, Electrical, and Customer Service. The ideal candidate must be outgoing, friendly, and reliable, possess 1-2 years of experience, and be available to work weekdays and some weekends. Must be responsible for taking calls for after-hours emergency maintenance. We offer top compensation and an excellent benefits package, including Health/Dental Ins./401K/Paid vacation. Salary commensurate with experience and HVAC certification is a plus.
