Home Care Office Manager Job Type: Contractor Full Job Description Sanzie Healthcare Services Inc has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Homecare Office Manager in our Fayette office. Sanzie Healthcare Services is looking for someone with an internal drive to run/grow a business, who has previous homecare or personal experience with homecare, business and marketing relationships. Sanzie Healthcare Services, Inc. Home Care was founded in 2010 as a provider of private home health care to individuals who are not capable of functioning independently on their own. We provide Personal Care/Non-Medical and skilled services to mostly senior clients or individual in their home. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, able to work autonomously, and have the kind of personality that others enjoy spending time with. Have a business mindset but also willing to build networking relationships in the community. You will also be meeting with new referrals/clients in various settings, including Client's home, Hospital, SNF, ALF and etc., To find out more please start by sending your resume. Homecare Office Manager Benefits Locally Owned and Operated Free Education Courses Competitive Salary Minimum Education & Experience Requirements: Master or Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in healthcare administration Marketing Two (2) years of management experience that includes planning, staff supervision, recruiting and hiring. Leadership experience with groups or teams. Knowledge of seniors and documented experience in working with them. Previous experience in working with senior population. Experience in the field (in home care) will also be given preference Recruiting Caregivers Responsibilities: Conduct case finding, screening, recruitment, and engagement of all new health home referrals (i.e. enrollment, disenrollment, etc.) Encourage client empowerment through peer education and support Assist clients in accessing and negotiating service systems Assist clients with translation, clarifying treatment plans and medical care, and providing advocacy to ensure access and receipt of services Perform regular home visits to assess clients' living environments to ensure appropriate housing As part of the outreach work, build caseloads, find clients lost to contact, and contact clients to help keep them engaged in care and services Complete case record documentation of client contacts, complete initial assessments/reassessments, and ensure case records for clients are in order, along with entering paperwork/documentation in electronic health record system. Assist Care Management Team in completion, tracking and timely follow-up on paperwork for client entitlements through different service systems Engage clients' collaterals in order to encourage and promote collaboration in order to insure a successful outcome Perform various clerical duties including filing, running Medicaid checks, assembling and disassembling charts, developing client contact sheet, updating client caseload, completing team weekly reporting form at weekly team meetings, and assisting the team in compiling information for the monthly report, etc. Perform all other duties as specified by program supervisory Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required: Demonstrated ability to communicate both verbally and in writing. Demonstrated ability to effectively analyze and problem solve. Demonstrated multi-tasking ability and effective organizational skills in order to meet short deadlines with finite resources. Demonstrated ability to develop, retain and manage an effective team. Customer service experience. Computer proficiency including the ability to utilize software programs for creating documents and financial analyses. Meets the requirements of federal and or state criminal and abuse background checks where applicable.
