Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees and company customers, including keeping customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead-times. Outbound Calls and Follow Ups. Required Qualifications: Customer Service Skills. Ability to multi-task, Organizational Skills. Computer skills a must as you will be using MS word and Data Entry software High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Two years related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
