Description:
The Large Format Digital Print Specialist is responsible for operating equipment, some graphic design and finishing assistance, expediting production workflow, as well as supporting the production manager. Since this position serves as a liaison between customers and our production team, excellent customer service skills are necessary. This is a fast paced environment and the scope of work includes clarifying project details, established priorities, ordering required materials and completing maintenance and trouble shooting for a few pieces of equipment. The ability to meet deadlines, problem solve and share knowledge on techniques, processes are very important. This position has no supervisory responsibilities; however, it is necessary to have a close working relationship with the production personnel, graphic department and dispatch to ensuring that all details are fulfilled as shown in the customer's order.
