A leading elevator and accessibility company is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to join our fast-paced, growing business. DME Elevators & Lifts has nearly 45 years of experience in residential elevators, commercial LULA elevators, wheelchair lifts, dumbwaiters and stairlifts. With each customer, we strive for Excellence in Elevation . DME operates four facilities serving Northern and Central Illinois, Southeast Wisconsin and Central and Northern Indiana. Summary: This position handles all inbound sales calls, schedules sales appointments, and provides a basic introduction of our company to potential customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (duties may include, but not limited to) Answer busy inbound sales calls Document leads in CRM Provide information to sales staff and customers regarding rental rates and availability of inventory Introduce walk-in customers to DME and various equipment types Help schedule stairlift visits for potential customers Follow-up with customers on service received from sales staff Coordinate and schedule installations of stairlifts Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems Manage maintenance contract renewals Assist with pre/post sale follow up for sales team Other duties as required to meet business needs Success Factors: Excellent attention to detail Prompt regular attendance Customer focused Team player Good Communication Skills, both verbal and written Ability to work independently and use good business judgment Takes initiative Excellent organization skills Experience/Training: An Associate's degree in business or 2 years work related experience, 2+ years' experience with Microsoft Office programs, and 1 year knowledge of CRM systems Working Conditions: Office environment, which is safe and favorable to good working conditions. Standard work week is 40 hours, with approved overtime as business needs require.
