GENERAL SUMMARY:This position is responsible for the administration and coordination of various tasks associated with company's Regulatory Compliance licensing functionsESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepares necessary gaming regulatory applications for new and existing jurisdictions for the company and principals as required, including but not limited to completing detailed forms, writing letters, and gathering documentation Assists in maintaining accurate compliance records in accordance with all regulatory agencies the company conducts business with Reviews license list for upcoming company and individual renewals and assists in the completion of those gaming licensing applications Assists and coordinates the submission of various, monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, and annual regulatory filings Maintain and organize Compliance filing system Ensure confidentiality of all company/employee documents as they pertain to licensing and due diligence reporting Assist the Compliance Manager with providing employee training on compliance related topics, polices, or procedures and disseminate written policies and procedures Assist with special projects and assignments as needed Attends various internal meetings, documents, and publishes meeting minutes as needed, and follows-up on action items on behalf of Regulatory Compliance Provides company Legal Counsel with administrative support as needed Assist with other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS:Experience:2 or more years experience in a gaming Regulatory environment preferred.Degree in Business Administration, or equivalent work experienceSkills, knowledge, and qualifications: Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to multi-task Ability to maintain confidentiality of information Mature disposition with the ability to handle deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in all Microsoft Office products Strong interpersonal skills This position may require registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and/or other gaming jurisdictions in which we operate.OSHA Participates in company health and safety programs and complies with all company OSHA policies and procedures. Follows all lawful employer safety and health rules. Wears and / or uses Personal Protective Equipment, when entering designated areas. Report hazardous conditions to management. Report any job-related injury or illness to management, and seeks treatment promptly. PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:Assigned duties are accomplished primarily in an office setting where walking, sitting, bending, reaching, talking, hearing and good vision is required. May be required to lift up to 15 lbs.Gaming Arts; LLC.
