Well, look no further because Graze Craze (Centennial), is looking for outgoing, detail-oriented, and creative Grazologists to join our team! Don't worry if you've never heard of a Grazologist before - that's just our fancy name for Charcuterie Food Prep team members. As a Grazologist, you'll have the opportunity to create beautiful charcuterie boards and boxes for our customers. We are a unique, successful, and fast-growing franchise that specializes in concierge graze-style charcuterie. As the industry leader, we're expanding our business, which means we need team members with hospitality, food preparation, customer service, or retail experience, preferably to help us grow. Attention up and coming Grazologists! Here's what you'll be doing in this role: Bring out the artist in you! Create visually stunning charcuterie boards and boxes that align with our brand's specific requirements Whip up something amazing! We need someone who can prepare delicious and fresh food items in small batches every day Exceed expectations! We need someone who can provide concierge-style customer service that goes above and beyond Keep it clean and sanitized! We're looking for someone who can maintain strict standards of cleanliness and sanitation to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all Stay fresh! Follow proper food rotation procedures to ensure freshness and safety Log temperatures, stay compliant! We need someone who can complete temperature logs as required by the health department Stay clean, stay healthy! We need someone to clean and sanitize the prep area on a daily basis and as needed Deliver with a smile! We're looking for someone who can provide customer delivery as needed Calling all ideal candidates! We're looking for someone who: Is dependable and communicative. We want someone who has excellent communication skills and stays in constant contact with the team to ensure a smooth operation Loves being a people person. We're looking for someone who enjoys interacting with others as you'll be interacting with customers, other team members and owners regularly Is a team player. We need someone who enjoys working on group projects. As a member of our team, you'll be collaborating with others to achieve common goals Goes with the flow. We're looking for someone who is adaptable and flexible. In this role, you'll need to adjust to changes and be willing to take on new tasks as needed R ealizes that the little things matter. We need someone who is detail-oriented and can catch the tiniest of mistakes. We're human; mistakes happen! Takes on challenges. You'll have the opportunity to learn and grow by taking on new tasks and responsibilities which can constantly change This job is a great opportunity for current or former kitchen or BOH staff, deli workers, artists, musicians, florists, craft store workers, bakery workers, cashiers, grocery store staff, big box retail store workers, designers, restaurant employees, and more.
