Our location: 151 Dixon Ave, Amityville is an upscale, professional building just off the 110 corridor - walking distance from the train station and town. Job Description Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Establish and Maintain Client Relationships: Know your client IN & OUT (Ownership)! Perform periodic location inspections (minimum of 1x month). Report Inspection findings/issues. Resolve deficiencies within SLA timeframe. Perform walk-thru's/estimates with prospective Clients. Track and ensure that Periodic Services have been scheduled and completed. Cross sell new/additional service opportunities. Customer Service/Complaints Resolution. Responsible for Managing District Manager, Account Coordinators and other team members. Screen, Hire, train and dismiss Regional Team members. Address and resolve any Team Member performance issues/problems. Managing/minimizing overtime within the assigned region. Notify HR/Payroll and Operations of ALL staffing changes On-Call for Emergency situations/calls - evenings and weekends. Managing the profitability of all service locations within assigned region. Key Requirements: Experience with Commercial cleaning industry a plus. Detail oriented and strong communication skills (email, phone). Results oriented: the ability to resolve challenges and emergencies at a moments notice. Multi task oriented: The ability to handle multiple projects at a time. Customer focused with a can-do approach to problem solving. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures. Working Knowledge of email, spreadsheets, smartphone and relevant software applications Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
