Product leaders with 6+ years developing and leading product training programs/curricula & experienced in consumer payment cards & core banking are encouraged to apply. At i2c, our employees have an incredible opportunity to work on innovative payment systems solutions for banks and fintechs that impact people's lives around the world today. The Global Product Management Division is looking for an individual who will lead i2c's product content development, including responsibility for the Product & Technical Communications team and establishing a new i2c Product Academy for company-wide product and services training content. This role will also cross functionally support initiatives to further the i2c Product Roadmap and commercialization of new platform features. Responsibilities: · Develop and maintain expert level knowledge of payments and banking industry and i2c products and services.· Establish an i2c value story, platform capabilities and payments ecosystem knowledge repository that is the go-to source of information for internal stakeholders.· Harness repository content to build an i2c Product Academy including curriculum, delivery tools and channels, and facilitate training for new employees and ongoing training for various internal stakeholders.· Stay current on financial and technical industry topics and examples to incorporate as needed into product training.· Conduct needs analyses to determine specific product/service training needs, program objectives, and content and determine what training will support user confidence and adoption across different stakeholder groups.· Research and identify best training delivery methods for diverse audiences in live and remote locations; recommend tools, technology, and formats for delivering the most effective, efficient, and cost-effective training possible.· Support and promote a positive (fun) and collaborative products/services learning culture across all teams. Working with HR, select appropriate instructional methods such as individual training, group instruction, self-study, lectures, demonstration-performance, problem-based learning, student-centered learning, and guided discussion.· Develop and deliver evaluation tools to measure learning effectiveness.· Develop, manage, track and report published product documentation including release notes, user guides, reference documents, APIs, SDKs for all platform tools and interfaces.· Consistently improve product content development, delivery, and awareness with internal and external stakeholders.· Manage tracking and drive execution schedule for product commercialization requirements, working with cross enterprise owners.· Ensure highest quality of content presentment through all channels.· Recruit, manage and develop a diverse team of 7-10 deploying best in class onboarding, training, knowledge and skill development. Requirements: Business · Broad knowledge of payments industry participants, product & services, and operational requirements with focus on consumer payment cards and core banking .· Required 6+ years developing and leading product training programs / curricula.· Required experience working with either networks, fintechs, card processors or FIs.· Product Management / Project Management experience a plus· SME in one of the following product areas: Credit / debit / prepaid card processing.· SME in one or more of the following: mobile payments, digital payments and banking, money movement. Technical · Advanced written (including technical writing) and verbal communication skills.· Certified Trainer experience· Understanding of agile product development lifecycle and technical documentation requirements.· Ability to develop business requirements documents and communicate complex product initiatives to the Solutions and Engineering teams.· Knowledge of data repositories / content management tools.· Ability to learn technology quickly and translate that knowledge into training.· Knowledge/usage of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), online meeting / Instant Messaging platforms like MS Teams, etc. Individual and Leadership · Pro-active, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced professional environment with proven ability to build business solutions and teams and independently manage multiple tasks and deliverables.· Strong organizational skills and an ability to work independently in a deadline-oriented environment.· Analytical thinker and problem solver with desire to challenge the status quo and continually drive improvements.· Ability to create and manage to an end to end, comprehensive project plan.· Ability to effectively manage and mentor teams remotely.· College degree required
