Please read more regarding our Part-Time Tax Specialist Position : What You'll Do Ensure Payfluence HCM is registered and in compliance for all payroll tax agencies that our clients are currently doing business in. Research payroll tax variances and assist with tax reconciliation for clients. File and remit taxes on behalf of clients Troubleshoot and assist in resolution of tax filing issues. Assist team with educating and staying up to date with tax laws, regulations, and best practices. Analyze customer tax requirements as implementation team presents issues. Develop and implement efficient procedures for payroll tax solutions. R equirements : Accounting or finance bachelor's degree or comparable work experience Have strong analytical and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities. Have highly effective verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail Passion for customer service Understanding of current payroll tax laws and regulations, including multi-state experience Proficient in common business software
