Position: Litigation Attorney Location: Columbus, OH Plunkett Cooney, one of the largest and most accomplished law firms in the Midwest, is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to add to the Columbus, Ohio team.The preferred candidate will be an experienced and versatile attorney, with a client-centric philosophy, and who has demonstrated an ability to compete and prosper in complex environments.To be considered, candidates must: Have at least 3 or more years of experience in insurance defense, commercial litigation, real estate litigation, general negligence, property damage, and other general business matters General litigation motion writing and courtroom oral skills Excellent research, legal brief writing and communication skills are required Be comfortable learning new computer software Have a J.D. from an ABA-approved law school, and Be a member, in good standing and active, in the Ohio Bar We are seeking a well-rounded, dynamic, highly motivated lawyer, who has demonstrated an ability to compete and prosper in highly competitive and complex environments with significant client contact.
