Our location: 151 Dixon Ave, Amityville is an upscale, professional building just off the 110 corridor - walking distance from the train station and town. Job Description Key Responsibilities: ● Establish and maintain excellent client relationships, ensuring a deepunderstanding of their needs and expectations.● Perform monthly location inspections to ensure compliance with companystandards and SLAs.● Report inspection findings/issues and resolve deficiencies within the SLAtimeframe.● Ensure employee compliance to company Clock-In/Out requirements● Perform walk-throughs/estimates with prospective clients and cross-sellnew/additional service opportunities.● Track and ensure that periodic services have been scheduled and completed, andaddress customer complaints promptly and efficiently.● Manage and minimize overtime within the assigned region and notify HR/Payrolland Operations of all staffing changes.● Be on-call for emergency situations/calls - evenings and weekends.● Manage the profitability of all service locations within the assigned region.Key Requirements:● A proven track record of success in managing and leading teams within thecommercial cleaning industry.● Detail-oriented and possessing strong communication skills (email, phone).● Results-oriented, with the ability to resolve challenges and emergencies at amoment's notice.● Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.● Customer-focused with a can-do approach to problem-solving.● Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.● Working knowledge of email, spreadsheets, smartphones, and relevant softwareapplications. Knowledge: ● Business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resourceallocation, human resources modeling, leadership techniques, productionmethods, and coordination of people and resources.● Principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. Thisincludes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services,and evaluation of customer satisfaction.● Electronic equipment and computer hardware and software, includingapplications. Skills: ● Active listening, speaking, and service orientation.● Coordination, time management, and critical thinking.● Judgment and decision-making, problem-solving, and monitoring.● Management of personnel resources and instructing.Abilities:● Written and oral comprehension and expression.● Technology literacy for in-house software applications, online platforms, andthird-party software.● Speech recognition and clarity, deductive reasoning, and problem sensitivity.
