This position is full-time, with benefits, and provides an opportunity to work with the best in the business for boldly advancing technology driven experiences through audio, video, systems integration, and more. JOB SUMMARY : The primary responsibilities of the Field Service Technician include testing, troubleshooting, repair, operation, replacement, and cleaning within integrated Audio, Video, Lighting, and Control Systems installed at U.S. Based Customer Locations. QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS : The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to perform the essential functions of this job while exercising independent judgment and discretion. Bachelors/Associates Degree/Certificate of Electronics Technology Preferred Familiarity with soldering, use of standard tools, and generally assembly techniques Knowledge of multimeters, oscilloscopes, and signal generators preferred Basic knowledge of computers and networking Knowledge of signal flow Ability to work alone Ability to interact with customers Must provide basic hand tools Ability to travel on occasion Must be ok with heights and occasional work on a lift RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Performing basic audio, video, lighting, and control system troubleshooting Perform basic operation of audio, video, lighting, and control equipment Perform wire and cable termination for audio, video, and lighting cables Installation of audio, video, lighting, and control equipment Use of a computer to connect and control software connected to installed systems
