We currently have a career opportunity for a full-time Member Solutions Officer I at our corporate office (Enterprise) in Appleton! The Member Solutions Officer I will create a positive first impression and establish strong member relationships while assisting members, and other departments with their requests by phone or electronic delivery channels. The primary responsibilities of the Member Solutions Officer I role include but are not limited to: Assist members with account inquiries, account maintenance and problem resolution on the phone, by email, or in writing via other electronic delivery channels as required by utilizing the 10-29 days past due Collections Queues. When unable to provide solutions for the members, refer the account to a staff member at the next queue level to take further action Troubleshoot calls regarding members accounts Maintains accurate files and reports on all activities Informs management of trends in account inquiries and/or problems being taken in Candidates for the Member Solutions Officer I position should possess: A two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school or completion of a specialized and extensive in-house training or apprenticeship One to three years of member service experience preferred, collections experience helpful, but not required Experience working in a fast-aced environment and with the ability to multi-task Exceptional interpersonal skills: courtesy, tact, empathy, and diplomacy Excellent organizational skills and very detail orientated The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
