Bragging Rights over the amazing work that we do Ongoing engaging and celebratory work events with prizes, food, and recognition As a member of the CCI team your responsibilities will include: Fire protection and life safety code consultation for a wide variety of projects and clients Complete surveys and inspections for healthcare facilities to help acheve government funding Applying creativity to develop alternate method concepts Collaborating with CCI team members and clients, and interfacing with Building/Fire Participating in business development initiatives to expand and develop CCI Participating in the growth and development of your office, and CCI as a whole Ideal candidates should possess the following: Must be an experienced engineer in Fire Protection Safety Industry A degree in fire protection engineering or related engineering 3+ years of experience and the ability to work autonomously on project related tasks Knowledge of Building/Fire/NFPA Codes and Standards related to fire protection and life Excellent written and verbal communication Motivation to pursue growth opportunities for themselves Passion for the CCI values and providing the highest level of services to CCI clients Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) or Professional Engineering (PE) licensure is desirable, but not required Candidates must: Must be responsive to on-the-job training and learn to work independently Exhibit excellent time management skills. Must work through multiple projects simultaneously Learn to perform work in Bluebeam Software Carry and lift up to a 22-pound ladder throughout the facility. Required to stand and walk up ladders up for the duration of an 8 hour workday Possess good organizational and communication skills; be capable of understanding client needs; prioritizing and coordinating work; making informed decisions; and executing quality work.
