Responsibilities: Focused customer interaction and satisfaction Maximize efficiency, revenue, and productivity Support service department by managing the schedule and ordering parts Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and parts departments Review inspection reports from technicians and manage technician time Reliable and consistent in attendance and professional communication with all customers and associates Maintain a line of communication with the customer regarding the progress/status of their vehicle Role is integral to all aspects of the store business and ideas, thoughts, and suggestions will be heard.
