Position Summary: We have immediate openings for highly motivated people in Assembler positions on first shift for people with a desire to work in a fast paced, quality centered environment. If you take pride in your work and have a 'can-do' attitude, we want to talk with you! This role is vital to supporting the future growth of our business. Job Responsibilities: Work under the direction of a group leader Responsible for continually maintaining a clean and safe working environment Follow written and verbal instructions Assembles material components using both hand tools and power tools Perform required manufacturing processes while meeting all quality and production standards May perform other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements: Complete pre-employment assessments Ability to accurately read and utilize a tape measure Prior experience working in industrial manufacturing is preferred Demonstrated punctual and dependable performance Environment/Physical Requirements This position is carried out in a fabrication shop environment and as such has the following physical work requirements: Must be able to lift 50lbs Position requires ability to stand for prolonged periods of time Position may require bending, kneeling, and stooping Exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, and odors 'Work Remotely No Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $15.00 per hourBenefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Flexible schedule Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Retirement plan Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Schedule: 10 hour shift Day shift Overtime Weekend availability Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay
