Exceptional Care for Children has this rare opening! This position will fill quickly, so don't delay! We are seeking a Full-Time Payroll/Accounts Payable Clerk at our Non-Profit Pediatric Facility! This is an entry level position. Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm https://exceptionalcare.org Responsibilities: Administer all aspects of payroll to include; timecard maintenance; processing and submitting payroll to third-party payroll provider; distributing paychecks. Maintain payroll files. Research, resolve, and respond to employee disputes/questions regarding their paychecks and any government and/or payroll company notices. Process vendor invoices for payment. Handle weekly check run. Handle bank preparation and deposit to bank; cash to replenish Petty Cash check. Create cash receipt batch when needed. Handle minor IT related issues such as password resets and computer trouble shooting. Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Comptroller as necessary. Qualifications High School Equivalent Proficient in Microsoft software (i.e. Excel, Word, Access), 10-key calculation and data entry. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of business phone system and other office equipment. Ability to multi-task and have analytical and problem solving abilities.
