Senior Earned Value Management (EVM) Analyst

Description:
NIRA, INC. is looking for a Senior Earned Value Management (EVM) Analyst to support the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The successful candidate should be able to work independently and provide the data and assessments necessary to assist the client with monitoring schedule, cost, and technical performance of contracts and projects. Responsibilities: Conduct EVM analyses and prepare EVM reports; Work with program stakeholders to develop appropriate EVM processes and standards for collecting, tracking, analyzing, and disseminating cost and schedule data Lead the Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) and prepare all required artifacts Work with vendors and ensure the cost and schedule reports satisfy contractual requirements Attend meetings and provide status briefings to the Government on EVM and schedule performance Provide early warning of risks and issues impacting project completion Required Skills: More than 10 years of related experience; FAA experience preferred Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Thorough knowledge of Government EVM reporting & compliance Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Skills Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Ability to prioritize work effectively, execute tasks, and meet deadlines.
