We want every customer to have access to financing for their dream ride. We have an immediate need for a Manager of Titles to join our rapidly growing team. Reporting to the SVP of Loan Operations, the Titles Manager manages the daily operations of the Titles Department of Ironhorse Funding LLC ensuring compliance and efficiency Essential Functions: Additional Position Responsibilities: Oversees the titles team with all assigned tasks. Assist in the management of the Titles Team and tasks. Responsible for the Training, delegation of tasks, education, and coaching of the Titles team. Coordinates, oversees, and reviews the work of the Titles team. Assists with Titles Specialists' tasks, when needed. Escalation point of contact for follow-up Monitor and manage the flow of incoming inquiries and/or requests Remains current with training requirements, to include internal training. Management of the various vendors used in the titles process Is familiar with the employee handbook and its policies to uphold the standards of the company and ensure a fair and reasonable workplace for all Remains current with all trainings, including AFSA Additional responsibilities will be assigned based on business needs. Core Competencies: Customer service experience a must (interactions with customers, clients, insurance company and multiple jurisdictions DMV/RMV) Team building Time management and flexibility in a fast-paced environment Communication, external and internal and across all levels Emotional intelligence Ability to analyze and make sound decisions Problem solving Attention to detail Manager Responsibilities : Manage 2 - 5 direct reports Respond to all titles inquiries Sr management reporting Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Minimum of 2 years titles experience Minimum of 2 years customer facing Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience Excel Proficient
