QCR Holdings is looking for a Chief Human Resources Manager to join our team in either the Quad Cities or Cedar Rapids markets! A proven leader, the CHRO will guide QCRH's people programs to support and influence overall organizational goals for the Company and its subsidiaries. The CHRO will oversee and lead the Human Resources function, DEI Initiatives and Training, and ensure the Company is prepared to meet the needs of our growth plans. The HR team is responsible for all people centric support including HR operations, talent acquisition, training and development, employee engagement, benefits, and payroll. The CHRO will act as an advisor and consultant to leadership throughout the organization but must also be able to dive into details to ensure solutions. The CHRO must be able to obtain the trust and confidence of the CEO and President to help drive the transformative changes within our organization. The CHRO will be a member of the QCRH Management Cabinet (MC). The Chief Human Resources Officer must have a BS/BA degree from an accredited college/university; MBA or MA/MS in human resources or related field preferred. Minimum of 15 years of HR experience, with a broad-based generalist background including advanced knowledge of employment, executive compensation, employee relations, training, development, and DEI. Experience in managing a dispersed team of HR professionals. SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification preferred. Strong leadership skills, including previous experience leading a large HR team in multiple locations. High energy level; comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities. Superior interpersonal abilities with ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities. Tactful, mature, and flexible. Excellent reasoning abilities. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Resourceful and well organized. Ability to establish credibility and be decisive. Able to recognize and support the organization's preferences and priorities. Results and people-oriented with sound judgement capabilities and ability to balance other business considerations. Service oriented, assertive, and persuasive. QCR Holdings, Inc. is a relationship-driven organization and a multi-bank company, which services the Quad Cities, Cedar Rapids, Waterloo/Cedar Valley, Des Moines/Ankeny, and Springfield, Missouri communities through its wholly owned subsidiary banks, and also engages in commercial leasing through its wholly owned subsidiary, m2 Equipment Finance, LLC based in Milwaukee, WI.
