Become a Boar's Head Guest Services Agent! As a Guest Services Agent, you will greet, register, check-out and ultimately serve guests' through-out their stay, according to Forbes Travel Guide Standards. Job Duties: Courteously greet and check-in/out guests using the Forbes Travel Guide Standards, while following proper procedures and attempting to honor all reasonable requests Reconfirm all necessary information pertinent to the reservation, types of accommodations, length of stay and number in party Maintain familiarity with The Boar's Head accommodations, locations, policies and procedures Maximize sales revenue through the sale of gift certificates and upgrades Hold full accountability for Front Desk cash circulation Practice proficiency with Hotel Management system Maintain awareness of all in-house VIP's and groups Give a favorable first and last impression to guests, creating an atmosphere for a repeat visit Post all charges before the end of the shift Keep front office area clean Qualifications: At least 2 years previous experience delivering high-quality customer service Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Ability to work in a fast-paced, stressful environment Ability to work early morning, evening, weekend and holiday shifts Ability to stand for duration of scheduled shift Job Posted by ApplicantPro
