Description:
The Position: St. Patrick Center is hiring a Housing Focused Case Manager due to our agency expanding and so is our Rapid Rehousing Department. The case manager assists individuals exiting homelessness and entering housing with obtaining and retaining permanent housing and financial stability, engages clients by establishing trust and collaborative relationships, and provides outreach services to clients, among other duties. Moreover, the Housing Focused Case Manager will have prior experience working with socially and economically disadvantaged individuals and assisting with housing placement. This position works Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM. The salary range is between $32,000-$42,000. Please see full job description for additional details.
