Working in the Emergency Department gives nurses the opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of cases and patients. Y ou will regularly be facing new challenges and learning and maintaining new skills. Few other nursing careers give you so much experience in such a wide scope of injuries and illnesses. The Registered Nurse-Emergency Department will have the opportunity to work in a c ollaborative team atmosphere where p atients from our rural community are appreciative for the excellent hands-on care they receive. Workflow can change quickly, and support staff is readily available. We offer opportunity for growth within the department and organization and continuing education. Enjoy a close-knit environment with coworkers, a newly designed advanced orientation process and hands on management team. Hours for the Registered Nurse-Emergency Department are 12-hour night shifts, 7p-7a, 0.60 FTE or 0.75 FTE , with rotating holidays and every 3rd weekend. WI RN license with a minimum of 1 year ER experience and ACLS certification strongly preferred. Experience with Epic a plus.
