With over 110 years in business in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Journey Group is growing and seeking enthusiastic Bilingual Laborers and Construction Workers to join our team to assist with maintaining a clean and organized construction job site at one of our bridge, roadway, or commercial construction projects. Be a part of a team that prioritizes safety, respect, and doing the right things, always. The p ay range for this position is $17.50 - $22.00 per hour based upon experience and skillset. Bilingual Premium added for eligible candidates. Qualified candidates will have: Bilingual positions require Spanish / English language abilities to help bridge communication barriers and translate on the job site as needed. Reliable work attendance is required. Our crews average around 55 hours per week- a great overtime opportunity! 18 years of age or older. Common sense and good sense of awareness to ensure safety in a construction related environment. 6 months construction or related experience is preferred.
