This position is responsible for preparing paper and electronic medical records for patient visits. Files, locates, retrieves, and delivers paper medical records as assigned . O rganizes, sorts, verifies, indexes, imports, tracks, and disseminates for further processing incoming and outgoing patient medical information . Processes release of information inquiries. To perform this job successfully, an individual must have: a High School Diploma or a General Education Degree a minimum of three (3) years office experience, It is preferred an individual have: previous experience in a medical office setting, preferably in an HIM department taken a medical terminology course Job Posted by ApplicantPro
