deciBel Research has an immediate opening for a Senior Radar Analyst in Huntsville, AL. Position Description: The senior-level radar analyst candidate is responsible for analyzing radar signal data, root cause identification and resolution, algorithm development, and presentation of results for technical briefings to leadership. The candidate should be a self-starter and be able to operate with minimal supervision. Education Requirements: Applicants must have a minimum of a BS in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or similar degree field, and a minimum of 10 years relevant experience Experience Requirements: Understanding of radar signal and data processing Experience with root cause analysis of strategic radar systems and interoperability MATLAB knowledge experience LINUX knowledge and experience Ability to generate clear, concise, and intuitive presentation of results Special Skills Desired: PERL script knowledge and experience Familiarity with X-band radars Familiarity with the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) pre- and post-test analysis activities and procedures Applicant selected must have an active Secret security clearance .
