Executive Assistant Manager –Turks & Caicos Resort Salary: 70,000 plus gratuities and housing allowance Location: Turks & Caicos Our client is an award-winning luxury hotel group based in the Caribbean. We are assisting them in their search for an Executive Assistant Manager to work at one of their beautiful all-inclusive properties The Company: Global Brand with over 20 resorts in 7 different countries All-inclusive 5-star resort with 21 outlets High standards that go above and beyond to deliver the ultimate guest experience Award winning name that is recognized around the globe Responsibilities: Support the General Manager in overseeing the property’s day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning and upholding the highest quality standards Collaborate with the executive chef and food and beverage managers to develop and execute innovative menus, maintaining the highest levels of food quality and presentation Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating staff to maintain a high level of service and professionalism Provide leadership and guidance to managers and team members, building and fostering a fun and motivating work environment Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly, ensuring a memorable experience for all guests Be financially savvy. Implement effective cost-control measures without compromising the quality and integrity of the hotel experience Stay up to date with local competition, industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the hotel’s services The Ideal Candidate: At least 3 years of hotel management experience is required Caribbean experience is a must Passionate about providing excellent customer service and can help elevate the business and maximise profit Confident leader with the ability to lead & motivate otherinteractioncellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills You will need a work permit to be able to work in the Caribbean.
