At On Site Support our Mission is to support every single person in the construction industry work better, safer and more sustainably. The Account Manager will Ruthlessly, Relentlessly & Forensically follow up all commercial opportunities, ensuring delivery of the ‘On Site Experience’ in line with the company growth strategy. This position is regarded as a ‘consultative sales’ role with some of the day-to-day activities including building relationships with clients across multiple touch points, booking and completing client visits virtual and F2F, etc. The successful candidate will need to join the team in their drive to exceed their targets and demonstrate a passion for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a naturally warm personality, with a desire to becoming the clients trusted advisor, making the customer’s journey as efficient and pleasant as possible. The successful candidate will also take responsibility for driving new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, raising quotes and closing new business. As such, previous experience in a proactive sales role external or internal would be highly beneficial. Given the above we are seeking someone who can demonstrate.
