As mentioned previously, the company has experienced sustained growth for a number of years now and is really looking to move forward and grow. The role of Forge Production Operator : Ensure hourly and daily forge production quantities achieved. Operate Forge Production Machinery to a high standard Immediate escalation of issues impacting forge production to Forge Supervisor or delegate. Involvement in productivity workshops to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure forge production output is respecting all quality and technical requirements. Involvement in immediate countermeasures and corrective actions for all notified quality defects or customer incidents. Keen to speak Forge Production Operatives : Working in heavy engineering /forge industry. Used to working with job processes and instructions. Flt/Overhead Crane trained. Aerospace Industry experience. The Offer for the role of Forge Production Operative : Salary £30000 to £35000 per Annum. Shift Work.5 bonus performance and company profit related per year.
