You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.Early closing - no late nights.Sunday brunch service only.Banquet and event spacePremium casual setting$70,000 - $80,000 base salaryReports to the senior Director of Food & Beverage Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate all culinary and FOH activitiesOversee guest services and resolve issuesEnsure a high quality of ingredients and food preparationTrain and manage kitchen personnelCreate and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needsAdhere to all safety and sanitation regulationsQualifications:Previous experience in food service or other related fieldsStrong leadership qualitiesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and communication skillsStrong attention to detail This is an unbelievable opportunity due to the balanced quality of life and no late night service.
