Salary up to £50,000.00 per annum – Plus up to 20% Annual Bonus As an Operations Manager, you are an experienced leader with a passion for the art of hotel operations ready to elevate our global hotel brand to new heights. We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager with a strong F&B background, to support our GM in leading our team across all departments, in our fantastic Cardiff Bay 5-star hotel to greatness! If you have led hotel operating departments with finesse & creativity and you are an experienced F&B Leader with a Rooms division experience, this role is for you! Your key accountabilities will be: Support the creation and execution of our hotel operations strategy, turning dreams into reality. Experience in managing departmental costs, with a proven track record of implementing action plans to ensure budgeted costs are met with a particular focus on payroll management. Has a proved track record of improving hotel guest satisfaction scores, strategically implementing action plans to exceed guest expectations meeting targets. Solve complex problems impacting multiple departments, turning challenges into a beautiful melody of solutions. Act as a coach to all managers, sculpting them into leaders and artists in their own right. Infuse pride in the team to deliver consistent branded experiences. Stay attuned to market trends, overseeing strategies built on learnings, and ensuring we are always ahead of the curve. Possess a thorough knowledge of statutory regulations, ensuring our business operates like a well-tuned instrument, always within the law. Take ownership of leading through change, adapting plans to create a seamless symphony in ever-changing situations.
