I have an exciting opportunity with a highly well-established regional law firm who are looking for Senior Commercial Property/Corporate Commercial Solicitor for their offices in.I have an exciting opportunity with a highly well-established regional law firm who are looking for Senior Commercial Property/Corporate Commercial Solicitor for their offices in Bury. The opportunity will involve a broad range of both Corporate and Commercial Property work including business sales, share sales and acquisitions, reorganisations, company re-structures, corporate finance, commercial contracts and extensive commercial property transactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for their own caseload and must be able to show experience of dealing with Corporate or Commercial Property work although with further training and support available. In addition to managing your own matters you will be assisting on higher value and more complex corporate and property matters. My client is ideally looking for candidates who can manage transactions from start to finish to include drafting and negotiating a variety of agreements and other documentation, liaising directly with clients, attending meetings and conferences and engaging in business development. My cleint is offering a highly competitive salary ranging from £55k-£70k depending on experience level, ideally looking at min 8yrs+ PQE level with hybrid working on offer+ staff bonus and partnership opportunity.
