Job Summary How you will make an impact: You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and clients. You will also support operations to increase sales and profitability. As a Account Manager, you will: Demonstrate account leadership (maintenance, growth development and rebid) of the top strategic customers Maintain customer relationships within the region Develop and execute growth initiatives with customers and clients Respond to RFP and contract renewals Site visits for growth opportunities and regular business reviews Own the customer relationship and be the primary contact Upsell current services About you: At least 3-5 years of experience in account management (Vending and Office Coffee experience an asset), with a post-secondary education degree or diploma Excellent computer skills with strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications and database management Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent written.
