Pine Bluff, AR AREA Competitive Salary Relo: Yes Travel 75% Our client company is seeking an experienced Engineer to serve as a subject matter expert for optimization projects, project baseline measurements, and provide recommendations for workflow improvements. You must be willing to:? Provide leadership to manufacturing facilities to improve their overall performance/production/service/quality? Perform problem analysis/engineering/re-engineering a wide variety of business processes? Develop engineered work standards/work targets? Introduce 5S/Lean principles throughout all physical business workflows? Act as a change agent promoting a continuous improvement culture Requirements (IF YOU DON?T HAVE THESE, DON?T APPLY):? BS in Industrial Engineering? Green or Black belt Lean Six Sigma certifications? 5 years related experience? Proficient in MS Word/PowerPoint/Visio/Excel/Project? Familiarity with CAD/CAM software helpful.? Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365/similar platform? Ability to write reports/business correspondence/procedural instructions? Ability to define problems/collect data/establish facts/draw valid conclusions?
