As part of their planned and ambitious expansion, there now exists a brand new vacancy for a Commercial Property Solicitor within the team, which is based in Leeds city centre, with hybrid and flexible working on offer. This is an exciting and unique opportunity, acting as fulcrum between the highly-regarded In-house legal team and the real estate department, it offers autonomy, responsibility and accountability. Day to day, you’ll be working in real estate funding structures and financial contracts, though solid all round commercial property exposure to the likes of rent reviews, leases, portfolio management and licenses will prove a solid bedrock. This is a self-standing position and we anticipate it suiting someone with at least 4 years PQE in rounded commercial property exposure and a demonstrable desire to work In-house. It's imperative that you are organised, commercially minded and knowledgeable with exceptional communication skills. The objective is to build this function from the ground and therefore exposure into other areas of law can be expected.
