Scheurer Better Health. Better Life Finance Manager Full Time Salary Position - Full Benefits Scheurer Health, a Critical Access Hospital (CAH), is seeking a full time Finance Manager. Under the guidance of the Vice President of Finance, the Finance Manager is responsible for the daily leadership of General Accounting, Accounts Payable, Budgeting, Financial and Statistical Analysis, and Payroll for all entities under Scheurer Network. The Finance Manager is responsible for the direction and supervision of all functions and personnel related to these areas. In addition, the Finance Manager assists the VP of Finance in the preparation of the cost reports and contractual allowances. Education expectations include a Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or similar field with seven (7) years of experience in health care accounting and reimbursement. It is also expected that the applicant will possess a minimum three (3) years of leadership experience.
