Software Engineer (200004807) Columbus, OH.Duties: Create reusable components for Lines of Business (LOBs) throughout the Enterprise for Pega Rules Processor Commander (PRPC). Drive project life-cycle phases including technical requirements, design, construction, integration testing, deployments, and maintenance. Ensure all technical documentation is complete and in compliance with company standards. Participate in project planning sessions to analyze business requirements, create technical requirements, technical designs, and testing for components used by development teams. Provide project estimates and updates. Design and build application workflows and create appropriate project documentation. Debug application issues and provide 3rd level support for resolution of production issues.Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of experience as an Application Designer or related occupation.Skills Required: This position requires three (3) years of experience with each of the following skills: Enterprise architecture and design; JAVA; WebSphere; Tomcat; Pega PRPC Version 7.x, 6.x; Oracle; DB2; MySQL; SOAP; MQ; HTTP; REST; EJB; DevOps or CI/CD pipeline; Splunk; Kibana; JMeter; Github; and Blazemeter.EOE, AAE, M/F/D/V.
