COMPLIANCE OFFICER The MACT Health Board, Inc., in Angels Camp, California, is searching for a Compliance Officer to ensure that all health services meet or exceed Federal, State and Corporate Compliance requirements/ standards, including HIPAA and Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC). The successful candidate will ensure that all policies and procedures related to quality assurance are maintained and updated, as needed using continuous quality improvement techniques. The incumbent will develop and maintain an organization-wide Continuous Quality Improvement Program, and serve as chairperson of the Continuous Quality Improvement Committee. Applicant must be a Registered Nurse, BSN desired. Successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of State and Federal regulations related to ambulatory health care compliance, and the ability to network and foster relationships with appropriate government agencies. This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to facilitate group processes leading outcomes to a common goal.
