TCA TrustCorp AmericaJob Description: Operations AssociateOperational Duties and Responsibilities:- Post transactional activities to trust/client accounts as information is received or available from custodian.- Perform monthly reconciliations of accounts cash & asset positions between custodian and FIS/Charlotte system.- Maintain record of reconciled exceptions and out of balance positions.- Research exceptions and out of balance positions, recommend and/or assist with resolution.- Notify manager of any difficulties encountered which affected your ability to perform your assigned duties.- Assist in establishing written procedures relevant to your assigned duties.- Recommend improvements to existing procedures and workflows.- Maintain organization within your work area so files/documents are readily accessible to all employees.- Assist in maintaining TCA TrustCorp network system integrity.- Assist with development, implementation and maintenance of operational benchmarks.- Maintain user ID/passwords to custodian internet sites with access to account information.- Resolve any rejected work from prior day’s processing.- Assist with maintaining FIS/Charlotte security master file.- Assist as needed and when requested by management or coworkers.Branch Duties and Responsibilities:- Provide receptionist support to answer phones, greet clients and meet with service providers.- Handle mail distribution, incoming and outgoing.- Check disbursements: notify DC office of upcoming distributions.- Wire and ACH disbursements: send distribution requests to operations in DC office.- Respond to investment advisor inquiries.- Assist with opening and closing accounts, asset transfers in FIS.- Obtain Estate Valuations and process related asset changes for DOD situations.- Assist with annual tax- Provide assistance with administration of accounts.- Maintain files in branch location. recblid ufzgqnn2vaj5i6sxl5b4bsq3zqvwqs
