General Sales ManagerThe Trading Post of Hickory is in need of an experienced General Sales Manager at our Hickory, NC location. We are looking for an energetic, hard-working individual with strong leadership skills. Ability to effectively manage all areas of the sales department, including but not limited to, retail, wholesale, purchasing and marketing. Good customer retention and customer service. Must have hands-on experience and strong closing abilities. Able to work with each salesperson to set specific goals and objectives. Help manage productivity of sales department. Understands and keeps abreast of federal, state and local regulations. Strong background in building showroom and internet traffic. Ensure high standards are held for delivery of vehicles to customers. Must be responsible, ethical and a committed professional.
