We are currently seeking qualified individuals committed to protecting and positively impacting our community as a Deputy Sheriff. Requirements • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older and must be a high school graduate with a diploma or possess a GED equivalency certificate at the time of appointment.• Applicants must pass the physical agility test developed by the Iowa Law Enforcement Academy.• Applicants must pass a written examination. Qualified candidates are subject to a pre-employment physical, which includes a drug test.Women and minorities are encouraged to apply.
