Corning Incorporated in Winston-Salem, NC seeks Project Change Management Leader to lead change management related to the deployment of SAP-based software solutions to support the manufacture of optical fiber & cable. Duties include: participating in process reviews for supply chain, commercial, & financial work-streams to understand changes between new & existing software processes; identifying & addressing change management issues; managing project scope changes that impact project functionality, direction, or funding; developing strategies for unit, integration, & user acceptance testing of SAP software, including testing requirements, test scenarios, entry & exit criteria, & system preparations; developing & implementing detailed training plans to ensure organizational readiness; creating & executing a project communication plan; & ensuring all tasks & deliverables meet internal project standards, formal SAP deployment processes, & capital management processes. Requires up to 25% domestic & international travel (Poland, India, & China). Requires Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline) or Supply Chain Management + 5 years of supply chain experience in an optical cable manufacturing setting. Must include: three years of experience using SAP systems to conduct daily supply chain (i.e. planning, procurement, logistics & distribution) activities; three years of experience using SAP as an end-user in a manufacturing environment; & experience training end-users on the use of SAP systems.
