Join the exciting and fast changing world of providing power to a member-owned, rural community cooperative.The Kandiyohi Power Cooperative Board is seeking to fill the position of Chief Executive Officer. Candidates should have broad leadership experience and skills related to member relations, human resources, strategy, finance and operations. Candidates should also have strong written and verbal communication skills, and be proficient in the use of social media.Help shape our future! To qualify, candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field and 4+ years leadership experience. Utility experience is preferred.We are looking for a dynamic leader who will lead a positive and safe work culture, build relationships, and possesses exceptional communication skills. The successful candidate must be a socially engaged leader, whose honesty and integrity will help facilitate continuous improvement. The candidate must be committed to Kandiyohi Power Cooperative members, employees and our service area communities.
