We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work day to day basis on a variety of tasks related to CEO's working life and communication.Responsibilities Act as the point of contact between a busy CEO and his internal/external clients Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence Manage and prioritize email in box Handle requests and queries appropriately Manage calendar, schedule meetings and appointments Make travel arrangements (air and ground) Take dictation and minutes Running Errands on behalf of the CEO Produce reports, presentations and briefs Devise and maintain office filing system Support CEO with administrative tasks Most of the intern's work will be done remotely Requirements Must have access to a laptop or desktop with consistent internet Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software Demonstrate written and verbal communication skills Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Be organized with ability to manage time efficiently while managing multiple tasks Ability to prioritize and multi-task Ability to work independently Strong attention to detail Works well with little to no direction Discretion handling confidential information. recblid j0j46chm6f8mvy2q51bfmn67r2ffod
